6 things you need to know about the NLNG Whistleblowing Hotline
The NLNG Whistleblowing Hotline provides a secure and confidential channel for raising concerns related to compliance with our Code of Conduct, General Business Principles (GBP), and legal requirements, ensuring individuals can report issues confidently and without fear of retaliation.
The Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is not for customer service complaints or enquiries.
You can submit a report anonymously and confidentially to the NLNG Whistleblowing Hotline through the website intake, mobile and OneConnect dial options.
Due to the stringent security protocols in place, it is essential to save your report key and password when submitting a concern or question to the NLNG Whistleblowing Hotline. If either the report key or password is lost, you will be required to submit a new report.
Your report will be passed confidentially to the authorised team for further action in accordance with NLNG’s Ethics and Compliance Investigation Principles.
After 5-6 business days, please remember to log in with your report key and password to review your report for feedback or questions.
NLNG will not tolerate any form of retaliation directed against anyone who raises a concern in good faith about a possible violation of the NLNG Code of Conduct, General Business Principles (GBP), and the law.
Any act or threat of retaliation will be treated as a serious Code of Conduct violation, and is subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
When raising a concern, you will have the option to disclose your identity. While we encourage open communication and the sharing of your identity, anonymous reports are also welcome.
All concerns submitted in good faith will be treated confidentially, in accordance with legal requirements and sound business practices.
NLNG collects only what’s needed to assess and investigate reports, in line with applicable local and global data protection standards. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and data is securely stored.
Your data will only be used for resolving the concern you report. NLNG ensures it is not misused or disclosed, maintaining trust and integrity throughout the whistleblowing process.
