Our reputation for safety, honesty and ethical conduct is one of our most important assets. Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards for professional behavior across the business. We expect all our People and Partners to uphold this commitment and safeguard our reputation every day.

If you identify a breach or a potential breach of our Code of Conduct, you can report directly to your Manager or the Worley People group. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this Ethics Helpline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint.

The information you provide will be sent to Worley by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. All reports are investigated. Please refer also to our Whistleblower Policy.

To Make a Report

You can make a report via phone, onlineĀ or by scanning the QR code

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Please note:

Online reports can only be made in English. We understand that some people may wish to report in another language. To raise a report in another language, please telephone the Ethics Helpline where you will be assisted by an interpreter.
