The purpose of this hotline is to give you the opportunity to report legal violations and improper behavior that violates our code of conduct, and to let you freely express your thoughts. As an employee of Konica Minolta, you are an important part of our compliance management structure.

Konica Minolta guarantees you complete confidentiality.

If you have any complaints pertaining to the German General Act on Equal Treatment (or AGG) law, please contact your HR department or the compliance officer at your company. They will be happy to provide you with further assistance.

For any other comments, messages or complaints, please follow the steps at the left side. Your report will be managed by NAVEX, our independent partner for this Integrity Hotline.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
