Consolis cares for its employees and aims to ensure respectful business ways wherever we operate in the world. To prevent and tackle any potential misconduct within the Group, we are implementing an internal alert channel hosted by a third party service provider, NAVEX. This alert channel offers the possibility of reporting any potential misconduct (corruption, data privacy, labor issues, health and safety and breach of policies, among other concerns), under cover of anonymity (if you choose so and when allowed by the local law), either online or through our telephone toll-free numbers.
It is our concern to ensure that we act ethically towards each other: our colleagues, our clients and customers, our suppliers and other external stakeholders, as well as towards the environment, as stated in our Code of Conduct and Policies (which contains general undertaking and guidelines to conduct business with the highest standards of ethics and compliance).
If you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred – be it fraud, abuse or any other misconduct in the workplace – we expect you to report it. In such case you can decide to speak up and approach your supervisor or management, or if you do not feel comfortable in doing so, you can use the alert channel.
The information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
