Reporting Compliance Concerns

Follow-up on a Report Code of Conduct FAQs

Our Commitment

The Husqvarna Group is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of integrity and ethics. This requires not only that every employee know and follow the Code and Group Policies but that every employee feels empowered to speak up and/or report violations or instances of non-compliance.

The Husqvarna Group is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management or local HR in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. Ethical values and integrity are of greatest importance to the Husqvarna Group and cannot be preserved if individuals are reluctant or afraid to raise or report a concern or suspected breach of our Code, Group Policies, or the law. Rest assured, if you voice your concern in good faith, there will be no retaliation taken against you. See the Group Policy which prohibits retaliation. Whistleblowing Policy.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

Additionally, if you are a resident of the European Union, then pursuant to the EU Whistleblower Directive, the Husqvarna Group has established local EU reporting channels where required. You can report the concern on-line through an EU country channel or communicate directly with a local contact through a dedicated email. In either event, your report will be kept confidential and reviewed by a local contact. See drop-down choices below.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
