After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Our culture and shared values are the starting point for how we at Ikano do business. We act from a foundation of respect and fairness and promote an open culture of trust and honest communication. All Ikano co-workers strive to act in accordance with our values and the principles set out in our Code of Conduct.
At Ikano an open and honest communication culture helps us identify and deal with risks at an early stage. Our co-workers and partners are often the first to realise that there may be something seriously wrong in our organisation.
We encourage co-workers with serious concerns about any violation of the Code of Conduct or any laws to come forward, in good faith and voice their concerns, and to do so without fear of reprisals.
There are a number of communication channels available to raise concerns openly, in good time, and internally within the organisation. We hope that you feel comfortable in first using the internal channels, including approaching your manager or another trusted senior colleague. However, we recognise that in some instances this is not possible.
Whistleblower concerns about misconduct, including protected disclosures under local Whistleblowing legislation can also be reported through this platform. The EthicsPoint Alertline is a confidential, secure, externally managed service that allows you to report concerns on-line. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in English and in the local language of your country. The service enables you to remain anonymous if you wish.
If your concern is personal, and affects only you, it may be an HR grievance that is better reported and resolved internally. Please contact a trusted co-worker or the local Whistleblower Ambassador for more guidance and support.
More information about the distinction between an HR grievance and Whistleblower concerns (misconduct and protected disclosures) is set out in the Ikano and Business-specific Whistleblower Policies.
