After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
In support of our Company values, Sophos is committed to an environment that thrives on open, honest communication. This is the expectation, not the exception. Sophos has introduced a secure and confidential hotline to facilitate the reporting of possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct when the normal channels of communication have proven ineffective or difficult.
This “Speak Out” hotline is available to be used by all Sophos employees and contractors and is provided by via Ethics Point, which is facilitated by an external third party (NAVEX Global). Using an external provider offers a confidential way to file a report, and anonymity to those who choose to remain anonymous.
As a first step, details of the incident will be provided, via Ethics Point, to the Sophos Chief Legal Officer and Non-Executive Director. Additional details regarding the investigation process may be found in the FAQs. If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will not be disclosed without your express, written permission. If you wish to remain anonymous, please do not report information in a manner that may personally identify you.
All personal data will be processed in-line with Sophos’ Whistleblowing Data Processing and Confidentiality Policy.
