Whistleblower Service

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Welcome to Amcor’s Whistleblower Service

Our Core Values define how, as Amcor co-workers, we behave. Our Core Values outline the characteristics that our customers and other stakeholders can expect from us and our Code of Conduct sets out the behavioural standards expected of all of us.

We take pride in doing the right thing.

The Whistleblower Service

The Amcor Whistleblower Service is available for all co-workers, customers, contractors, principal suppliers and other third parties as a means to report concerns or anything you see or suspect that constitutes:

  • Fraud (theft or accounting irregularities)
  • Bribery/ corruption
  • Unethical/ illegal behaviour
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Breaches of safety and environmental policies or regulations

In some instances, due to variations in local law, restrictions may apply to your right to remain anonymous or the type of concern you can raise. When you raise your concern either by phone or online you will be informed of any restrictions that may apply. In the event that you are unable to submit a report due to its nature, you should contact a member of the Whistleblower Committee (Group General Counsel, EVP Human Resources or VP Group Internal Audit) who will maintain your confidentiality at all times.

Amcor’s Whistleblower Service is provided by an independent third-party called “NAVEX”. NAVEX is a leading provider of Whistleblower Services to many multi-national companies.

Amcor has a Whistleblower Policy that outlines the purpose of the service and details how co-workers will be supported if they raise concerns.

Reporting a Concern

The process of reporting a concern:

  • When you raise your concern (via either channel) you will be provided with information regarding the ability to remain anonymous.
  • The information you provide is sent to the Whistleblower Committee which is made up of senior representatives from Group Legal, HR and Internal Audit.
  • The Whistleblower Committee will determine the appropriate response and in most cases refer the matter for investigation by the relevant Business Group.
  • All cases are reported to Amcor’s Board of Directors.
  • Reports are handled promptly and discreetly
