HMD Speak Up Channel

HMD Global Oy and its subsidiaries is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct and other company policies contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. We encourage anyone with concerns about potential illegal or unethical activity to report them through this confidential whistleblowing channel.

HMD is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your line manager, as well as senior management, HR, Legal and Ethics and Compliance resources in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

What you use the Speak Up Channel to report:

  • Violations of our Code of Conduct or other company policies
  • Suspected fraud, waste, or abuse of company resources
  • Safety hazards or environmental concerns
  • Accounting irregularities

What should not be reported using the Speak Up Channel:

  • Personnel problems, performance issues or other concerns or complaints related to your employment (these should be reported through your manager or HR)
  • Rumours or unsubstantiated claims
  • Malicious or false reports
  • Emergencies
  • Customer complaints

How to report:

You can report your concerns anonymously and confidentially through this secure whistleblowing channel:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
