It is important to follow up on concerns or questions submitted to Deloitte Speak Up. This allows you to review questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the Deloitte firm ethics team. What should I do if I lose my Report Key or forget the password I created?
If you lose your Report Key or password, you will need to file a new report. This process is in place to protect and maintain the security of all submitted reports.
What should I do if my report key is not working and my case is related to China?
If you submitted concerns related to Deloitte China, the matter will be handled by the Ethics Officer for Deloitte China, Virginia You (viryou@deloitte.com.hk) and has been deleted in the NAVEX system. Please send questions or any additional detail you wish to provide in an email to Virginia You. You may also submit the report to the Deloitte China hotline at www.deloitteethicshotline.com should you wish to remain anonymous.
