Our Commitment

Dealogic is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Employee Handbooks contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards, including, but not limited to, policies around Personal Conduct and Ethics, Employee Conduct, Equal Opportunities, Discrimination and Harassment.

It is important to the business that any fraud, misconduct or wrongdoing by workers or officers of the organization is reported and properly dealt with. Dealogic encourages all individuals to raise any concerns that they may have about the behaviors of others in the business or the way in which the business is conducted.

Dealogic encourages open and honest communications. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching a supervisor or manager in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

Using EthicsPoint

In support of this, and in situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this online tool, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You can use this service to submit reports relating to violations in the public interest of our policies, or other concern you may have, where you have a reasonable belief that:

  • a criminal offence;
  • a miscarriage of justice;
  • an act creating risk to health and safety;
  • an act causing damage to the environment;
  • a breach of any other legal obligation; or
  • concealment of any of the above;

is being, has been, or is likely to be, committed. You do not have to have proof that such an act is being, has been, or is likely to be, committed - a reasonable belief is sufficient; however maliciously making a false allegation is a disciplinary offence.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and investigated.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information about them and how to use the online tool.
