To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our Commitment

Trust and integrity are vital to Brambles. Misconduct and malpractice breach trust and endanger our reputation and business. We believe that the best way to protect this trust is to encourage open and honest communications.

To foster this open environment, we want you to know that that, if you have a genuine suspicion about wrongdoing, you have a safe and confidential environment in which to speak up without fear of retaliation and retribution. You can always speak to your supervisor or management in instances where you believe wrongdoing has occurred. In situations where you believe our Code of Conduct has been violated, and where you prefer to place a report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this EthicsPoint hotline, hosted by NAVEX, an independent third party hotline provider. You can also use this hotline to report any other concerns you have, to provide suggestions, feedback—whether positive or negative—or to ask questions about our policies and procedures.

The information you provide this EthicsPoint hotline will be sent to us by NAVEX on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Thank you for all that you do to make Brambles a great company!

Commonly Asked Questions

Who may report a concern?

Any employee, and where permitted by law, any contractor, supplier, distributor or customer, may report a concern relating to potential wrongdoing involving Brambles.

May I report my concern anonymously?

In those countries where anonymous reporting is allowed, you do not have to give your name when you speak up by either completing the web-based form or dialing the hotline, both of which are operated by EthicsPoint. If you choose to make your report anonymously, you will be given a report key and asked to create a password. You will need to retain both to return to the report you previously submitted. When you check back, you can monitor the progress of your concern and add additional information, as necessary. This will also allow Brambles to ask any follow-up questions, while protecting your anonymity.
