The Minerva Marine whistleblower program encourages and enables our employees’ and members of the public who become aware of or suspect breaches of our internal policies or illegal actions to report immediately through this page or call on the provided Hotline Numbers.

The Ethics Point hotline is a confidential reporting system. Should you wish to remain anonymous you may do so. The hotline is managed by an independent third party to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
