After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place as NAVEX cannot retrieve it for you if lost. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The information you provide to NAVEX will be sent to us in a confidential manner. We take all reports submitted seriously and will investigate each report in accordance with our internal policies and procedures, including follow up when further action is appropriate.
