Frequently asked questions about RB’s Speak Up Service

Q: What is RB’s Speak Up Service?

The Speak Up Service is RB’s confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise concerns about actual or potential misconduct, violations of regulations, laws or policies, or RB’s Code of Conduct.

Q: May I remain anonymous?

Yes, if you request to remain anonymous when making your report or raising your concern, we will respect your request (unless prohibited by local law).

Q: Who administers RB’s Speak Up Service, and is it available in multiple languages?

The Speak Up Service is administered by an independent company (NAVEX Global), is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and can accommodate reports in all core RB languages.

Q: Who else can I speak to if I have a question or concern?

RB encourages speaking up through the channel with which you are most comfortable, whether that be the Speak Up Service (web or telephone), your own manager, another member of management, a human resources or a member of the Legal/Compliance team.

Q: What happens after I contact The Speak Up Line?

Once you ask a question or raise a concern on the Speak Up Service, via either phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on the report. Then an electronic summary of your report or inquiry is sent to a Speak Up Service Case Manager for review and to determine further action.

Q: Is the Speak Up Line available only to employees?

No. The Speak Up Service is available to anyone, including current employees, retired employees, suppliers, customers or members of the public.
