Volvo Car Group (Volvo Cars) is committed to conducting business with honesty, openness and integrity. We expect all of our employees and others representing Volvo Cars to act according to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in accordance with our Code of Conduct and our corporate policies.
We expect and encourage all employees, suppliers and other business partners to report any suspected or observed violations of law or our Code of Conduct. These concerns will be treated with the gravity they deserve and properly investigated.
As an employee you should initially report your concern to your manager, another manager or local Human Resources. If none of these are acceptable alternatives for you, or if you are not an employee, we provide this "Tell Us" reporting line.
You can submit a "Tell Us" report either by phone or via this web site. The report will be made available to us by an unaffiliated third party and your confidentiality will be respected; if you choose, you can remain anonymous, where permitted by law. However, we encourage you to identify yourself for creating best possible conditions for an effective investigation. Volvo Cars has a non-retaliation policy, protecting against any form of retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith, or cooperates in a company investigation.
You will receive a confirmation of your report within seven days. All submitted reports will be investigated and we will provide feedback as appropriate. See the FAQ for more information.
"Tell Us" reporting line is NOT an Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
