Generali Group is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager or Compliance Officer with any questions and concerns relating to the Group standards of behavior, including instances where you consider breaches of law, the Generali Group Code of Conduct or other internal or external regulations may have occurred.

In some situations, you may prefer to use the Generali Group Compliance Helpline (EthicsPoint), hosted by a third party Helpline provider, GCS Compliance Services Europe Ltd., a subsidiary of NAVEX Global.

You may submit reports relating to possible breaches related to accounting and financial practices, anti-bribery or banking-related matters as well as asking for guidance related to compliance or ethics matters.

The information you provide to the Helpline will be sent to the appropriate Compliance Officer in a format that protects your confidentiality. We take all reports seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.

See the FAQ section for more information.
