You can either make a report or follow up on a report already filed by using the EthicsPoint System:

To Make a Report

Please note that you do not have to report your concern in English; however, if you are reporting by phone and wish to report in a language other than English, there can be a 5 to 10 minute delay while a translator is being arranged. You can, of course, make a report online, in your own language, without any delay.

After you complete your report you will be asked to create a password and you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place because you will need them to check your report for any feedback or for further questions that the investigators may ask you.

To Follow Up on a Report

Have your "Report Key" and "Password" at hand and type it into the following box:

Welcome to the CRH

Regulatory, Compliance and Ethics Hotline

At CRH we all agree that “there is never a good business reason to do the wrong thing”. If we see or hear of something illegal, unethical or unsafe – we “Speak Up!" This channel has been provided to enable you to report any concern of unsafe, illegal or unethical behaviour.

Rest assured that you can always report a suspected violation of our Code of Business Conduct and any other CRH policy or of the law without fear of it having a negative impact on your employment. When a report is made, the information is forwarded to our Group Compliance Manager who will ensure that the matter will be investigated as appropriate. Every concern or allegation is handled discreetly, professionally and in a confidential manner to the extent permitted by the requirements of the investigation and/or local laws.

Please be aware that the hotline should not be used to communicate routine personnel or human resources issues or concerns. Such matters should be addressed directly with your local HR department.

We have engaged an independent service provider (EthicsPoint) to administer the hotline. You can learn more about the CRH hotline process by following the FAQs link above.
