After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key."

Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place.

After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The AESO is committed to the delivery of exceptional service to our customers and to providing our personnel a safe and productive workplace. In keeping with this commitment and our Code of Conduct, we are dedicated to maintaining high ethical and business standards and obeying all applicable laws, rules and regulations in every aspect of our work.

The AESO Ethics Hotline is a means to anonymously report anything that is believed to be in violation of the AESO’s Code of Conduct, is considered to be unethical behavior or is illegal. We encourage anyone who submits a report to provide as much detailed information as possible so that the AESO is able to conduct a complete investigation.

A third-party provider (EthicsPoint) is used to support the Ethics Hotline and will not connect you to the AESO. Please use another method of contact if you wish to contact the AESO directly.
