We believe that every employee should have the opportunity to discuss and report unethical or illegal conduct without fear of reprisal or retaliation. That is why we have created this Web site tool and hotline.

BRP has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with a way to anonymously and confidentially report actual or possible violations to the BRP Code of Ethics. You may file a report on this site or contact EthicsPoint by dialing the toll –free number for your country (refer to international dialing instructions). All inquiries will be handled promptly and discreetly.

BRP prefers that human resources issues be handled at the local level. Employees are encouraged to speak with someone in their local management or Human Resources Department to try to resolve any human resources related issues before filing a report. If the issue has not been addressed after a reasonable amount of time, employees are then encouraged to make a report.
