	Fraud or Illegal Activities	Falsification of Company records, misappropriation of assets, theft or embezzlement.
	Gifts and Entertainment	Refers to the inappropriate offering, solicitation or accepting of items of more than nominal value from vendors, customers or other third parties in a capacity as an employee of the Company.
	Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Know Your Customer Matters and OFAC	Violation of Company Policy or any law and/or regulation, in any jurisdiction, governing money laundering, terrorist financing, KYC or OFAC screening.
	Physical Assets	Unauthorized, unlawful or improper use of Company assets, including the unauthorized use of assets for other than legitimate business purposes.
	Proprietary or Confidential Information	Misuse of proprietary or confidential information (does not include theft).
	Retaliation	Verbal, physical or written discriminatory or harassing behavior toward an individual who has made a good faith report regarding a compliance issue.
	Theft	The act of stealing; specifically: the felonious taking and removing of personal property with intent to deprive the rightful owner of it.
