At Draslovka, we always do the right thing. Transparency, Ethical behavior, Compliance with laws and regulations, Personal integrity, Leveraging diversity, and Cultural tolerance and understanding are the core values we believe in.
We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of these values or our policies and procedures have occurred, or you have any concern regarding an ethical situation. In addition to that, Draslovka Group Ethics Hotline is a place where you can confidentially and, if you choose, anonymously report any concern related to potential violations.
- After submitting your report or question, you will be assigned a report key.
- The report key will allow you to follow-up on your question or report, and provide additional information or documents.
- We encourage you to follow-up on a regular basis to ensure your concern/question is fully addressed.
We take ethical and compliance questions and concerns very seriously and will promptly investigate the matter. Where appropriate, we will take disciplinary action and implement corrective and/or preventive measures.

Non-Restricting and Non-Retaliation
Draslovka maintains an environment where we speak up. Draslovka will not tolerate prohibiting or restricting any reporting made in a good faith by Draslovka employees or contractors. Moreover, Draslovka will not allow retaliation against anyone who, acting honestly and in good faith, reports suspected misconduct, raises ethical concern or provides related information or evidence. We will investigate any possible retaliation, and discipline employees who have retaliated against someone who reported possible misconduct.

Make a Report
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
